Two years ago, we purchased a new piece of machinery – a state-of-the-art robot driven by a ‘vision’ system that allows the robot to collect different pieces, even if they are placed unevenly on the conveyor belt.
The performance of the new machinery was completely in line with our expectations, so we decided to double our efforts. Over the past few days, we installed a second system of the same type – replacing the old robot that fed one of our transfer machines.
This recent investment means that 75% of our machinery is now fully automated with state-of-the-art technologies, allowing us to further improve the production process both in terms of productivity and quality.
