As we mentioned in the description of the corporate profile and mission, our core business is producing brass details as sub-contractors. Moreover, we also projected and fulfilled a range of products directly distributed with our brand, particularly in the field of products for thermosolar installations.
We fulfilled in this area two lines of products, a traditional one, regarding standard components and an innovative one, developing components of our ownership and patented, composed by “metal – to – metal” fittings, not involving the use of gaskets.
The development of thermosolar systems throughout Europe, pushed us to to fulfill a range of components carefully and specifically projected to meet the needs of installations which submit the components themselves to remarkable thermal and mechanical stresses in order to guarentee an uninterrumpted functioning in time. Each single part is produced in Italy, at MFC plant. Each fitting is made of brass according to UNI EN 12164 – 12165 – 12168 standard, suitable to be used for thermosolar installations.

The “innovative” range of these products is more recent. Operating on this market we realized how important is to semplify the work of installers of these systems, taking into account that often the technicians operate on roofs in unstable conditions.
Such requirement led us to engineer and produce a range of fittings to be mounted without the support of any gasket and able to grant the sealing of “metal-to-metal”. This solution riduces the mantaining on the installations themselves, being inevitably gaskets the weak point.
We developed thus our system of “Quick Coupling Fittings for corrugated stainless steel pipes for thermosolar systems” a fittings system suitable for the main parallel turns corrugated pipes present on the market. We gradually submitted each size of fittings fulfilled to suitability tests at the SPF Institute of Rapperswil (CH) at the purpose to certify its use in the field of thermosolar installations.
