Producing special fittings, brass bodies, metal details on customer demand is our daily work. Nevertheless, if thirty years ago the main focus was on production, today the center of the attention is on the customer, on his needs, his requirements, his expectations. Nowadays, even the respect for customers necessity in terms of quality of the product, is not enough by itself, while it is important to act like their partners since the start until the end of the production process, from the engineering stage of the product up to the delivery.
Our simple structure allows us to rely on the maximum operational flexibility and to point on a continuous technological improvement, both as far as implatantations are concerned, both in terms of industrial processes and this allows us to offer high quality standard products. Flexibility and quality are the sources enabling ourselves to attain the primary purpose to satisfy our customers, being their trust partners.

The passion of Mario Ponchiardi, entrepreneur in the field of taps, who invested more than thirty years ago, in 1986, the experience developed during forty years of work carried out together with his sons Carlo and Fulvio (at that time still fresh out of their specific studies and intensively engaged to strengthen and develop the company founded by their father) imposing himself as a brass components sub contractor as well as of non-ferrous alloys for several application fields.
Our plant is located in Lumezzane, in the province of Brescia, universally known for the skillfulness of its companies in the metallurgic works, and our integration within the local supply chain of this industrial district, unique in the world, allows us to offer, on behalf of highly reliable partners, products by brass, as well as products achieved either through hot forging, either by casting and with any kind of finishing.
During 2016 we potentiated our technical department, already able previously to grant the best support to our customer on the product engineering stage and we went further on our way to the technological updating of our production department, equipping a transfer machine counting on a last generation robotized system.
Our internal structure boasts of a strong know-how in the working processes with transfer machines, developed on behalf of a constant partnership with customers having a totally certified quality assurance system. Our attention towards quality naturally led us to acquire the certification of our corporate system according the requirements of UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 certification system, having as final purpose the satisfaction of the needs of our customers, which distinguishes each operational stage, from the purchase of the materials through the production itself, the packaging and the shipment and delivery of the products.
We are aware that it is possible to achieve quality only through the competences and the dedition of who operates in any corporate field, and therefore we focus with a constant attention on the development of human sources thanks to a continuous traning process of our staff.
